Transpondo o conceito de Levitt para o&nbsp;<em>Branding<\/em>, \u00e9 de igual forma importante evitar a \u201cmiopia de marca\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na perspetiva da consultoria, o&nbsp;<em>mindset<\/em>&nbsp;dos gestores e a forma como leem e interpretam o valor da marca, \u00e9 fundamental para se iniciar um processo de alavancagem, em neg\u00f3cios B2B e B2C. Confira quais os principais fatores que conduzem \u00e0 miopia de marca, de forma a poder contorn\u00e1-los:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1- Desconsiderar o papel e a import\u00e2ncia do \u201cecossistema da marca\u201d <\/strong>  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Perspetive a sua marca como fazendo parte de uma envolvente contextual e transacional, da qual fazem parte outros concorrentes, fornecedores, canais, parceiros, clientes, etc. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/squadra.pt\/blog\/conhecimento-mercado-necessario-construir-estrategia-vencedora\/\">Recolha feedback dos&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/squadra.pt\/blog\/conhecimento-mercado-necessario-construir-estrategia-vencedora\/\">stakeholders<\/a><\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;e procure tra\u00e7ar a imagem que t\u00eam sobre a sua marca. Defina com algum detalhe, como e quando \u00e9 que ele deve interagir com a sua marca (<em>touchpoints<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considere para este exerc\u00edcio, todos os pontos de contacto (online ou presenciais) com os quais o cliente \u201ctipo\u201d se depara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crie um padr\u00e3o de respostas ou atua\u00e7\u00f5es poss\u00edveis para cada ponto de contacto, de forma a automatizar, o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel, os seus processos, melhorando a imagem e a efici\u00eancia do seu servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_12\"><strong>3- Desvirtuar a import\u00e2ncia da estrat\u00e9gia em prol da imagem e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o se precipite nem deslumbre com um logo atrativo associado a um&nbsp;<em>storytelling<\/em>&nbsp;apetec\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/squadra.pt\/blog\/gestao-marca-como-criar-executar-estrategia-de-marca-vencedora\/\">Atribua um elevado grau de import\u00e2ncia \u00e0 estrat\u00e9gia de marca<\/a><\/strong>, antes de iniciar qualquer processo de rebranding ou de formula\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova marca.
