Inverter o racioc\u00ednio, orientando-o para os caminhos que <strong>n\u00e3o\u00a0<\/strong>queremos seguir, ajuda no processo de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o das op\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Depois de definir a estrat\u00e9gia (\u201co que fazer\u201d) \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio descobrir \u201ccomo l\u00e1 chegar\u201d, ou seja, como implementar eficazmente a estrat\u00e9gia internamente, de forma a otimizar a probabilidade de sucesso no <em>go-to-market<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dentro das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, o caminho de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das estrat\u00e9gias nem sempre \u00e9 f\u00e1cil. A nossa experi\u00eancia indica-nos que as principais falhas da execu\u00e7\u00e3o das estrat\u00e9gias resultam do fraco ou inexistente envolvimento da gest\u00e3o de topo e das pessoas \/ colaboradores. Muito frequentemente, as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es perdem ritmo ap\u00f3s elaborarem a nova estrat\u00e9gia, pelo facto das agendas individuais dos departamentos se sobreporem, levando a cont\u00ednuos atrasos do processo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Reunimos um conjunto de boas pr\u00e1ticas para facilitar o cumprimento e execu\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz das estrat\u00e9gias, nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Confira os 5 \u201cC\u201d:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Compet\u00eancias:\u00a0<\/strong>Identificar o <em>set\u00a0<\/em>de compet\u00eancias e saberes que a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tem de ter para conseguir responder com sucesso \u00e0 estrat\u00e9gia. De seguida, mapear os recursos necess\u00e1rios para fazer face a cada compet\u00eancia, como sendo tecnologias, plataformas, pessoas\/<em>staff<\/em>, sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comunicar<\/strong>: informar, partilhar e envolver toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o com a nova estrat\u00e9gia corporativa ou de neg\u00f3cio\/marca. A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia deve ser realizada em cada n\u00edvel da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, promovendo reuni\u00f5es de discuss\u00e3o sobre a mesma com os departamentos\/\u00e1reas funcionais. Existem ferramentas de <em>marketing<\/em> interno que podem ser usadas como complemento \u00e0s reuni\u00f5es, como por exemplo <em>blogs<\/em>\/comunidades, <em>message boards\/displays<\/em>, eventos, v\u00eddeos, suportes de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com infogr\u00e1ficos, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clarificar: <\/strong>a quest\u00e3o fundamental da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 a simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o da linguagem usada. \u00c9 um tema que, por ser t\u00e3o relevante, merece ser destacado e autonomizado enquanto boa pr\u00e1tica. Neste campo, importa adaptar o discurso \u201ccorporativo\u201d \u2013 considerado por vezes complexo e de dif\u00edcil compreens\u00e3o \u2013 aos diferentes n\u00edveis da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, transformando-o em mensagens curtas e simples. Para operacionalizar esta \u201cboa pr\u00e1tica\u201d pode ser \u00fatil come\u00e7ar por refor\u00e7ar aos colaboradores \u201cqual \u00e9 a principal aspira\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa, o seu prop\u00f3sito, a forma como acrescenta valor \u00e0 vida dos clientes ou dos consumidores\u201d. Antes de comunicar ao mercado o que for, lembre-se que o <em>target<\/em> interno \u00e9 o primeiro a trabalhar e a ser envolvido.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordenar: <\/strong>agora que j\u00e1 mapeou compet\u00eancias e recursos, envolveu a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e partilhou a estrat\u00e9gia, h\u00e1 que passar para a fase \u201chands-on\u201d. Nesta fase, recomenda-se a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um plano detalhado e exaustivo com alguns par\u00e2metros: descri\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades, dura\u00e7\u00e3o e <em>deadlines<\/em>; respons\u00e1vel(eis), <em>reviews\u00a0<\/em>ao plano e indicadores de sucesso. \u00c9 critico nesta fase nomear um \u201ccoordenador\u201d para cada \u00e1rea funcional \/ departamento, de forma a garantir ritmo e cad\u00eancia na execu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades. A fase de <em>review<\/em>\/ valida\u00e7\u00e3o de cada atividade do plano requer a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma agenda de trabalho, que deve ser totalmente respeitada por todos. \u00c9 igualmente importante que a gest\u00e3o de topo esteja sempre envolvida e que participe em todas as reuni\u00f5es de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, exercendo uma lideran\u00e7a positiva e inspiradora. Nesta fase, pode-se ainda recorrer a algumas solu\u00e7\u00f5es de softwares ou plataformas colaborativas especificamente desenvolvidas para apoiar a gest\u00e3o de projetos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Capacitar<\/strong>: formar e treinar as equipas \u00e9 crucial para que a estrat\u00e9gia seja bem executada. A cria\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cacademias internas\u201d dentro das empresas \u00e9 uma pr\u00e1tica que nos parece cada vez mais efetiva.
